Great Customer Service. Always a huge help when I have to take my car in for an oil change. My schedule isn’t the easiest to work with, but the people in the Service Departme Always a huge help when I have to take my car in for an oil change. Above and beyond! Thomas greeted me at service desk...took info and keys...when I arrived for oil change appointment. He also suggested I have tire rotation, so agree Thomas greeted me at service desk...took info and keys...when I arrived for oil change appointment. He also suggested I have tire rotation, so agreed - to keep our car in top condition. It was a lengthy wait...but nice to have water and snacks in lounge area...and Thomas kept me updated throughout process. He was very cordial...took me to desk to make payment...then walked me out to car! Very pleased...this is why we continue to drive from Sebastian to south Vero for service...rather than use a local auto service center for periodic recommended oil changes. More
Fell they the cracks Our Nissan Armada rear driver side door seal was coming off. it took them 6 weeks to get back to us after my wife called them. They said that the woman that was handling our car no longer worked for them and that we fell through the cracks. We also brought up some other issues and apparently the woman only wrote one down and when we asked about the issues to be looked at they said that it wasn’t in the write up so they where not going to look at it that we would have to come back. Also the dealership apparently has one car to rent which is very inconvenient which pushes off them looking at our other issues. We have gone to them twice for the same RPM issue and it’s still not working correctly!! More

Drop the stereotypes and do business! I came in for a routine service on my current vehicle but while waiting I decided I would browse the new inventory. I actually found one that I liked I came in for a routine service on my current vehicle but while waiting I decided I would browse the new inventory. I actually found one that I liked and interested in. I browsed the lot for over 25 min and was never approached about my interest, even after being noticed by multiple staff members (potentially salesman). Clearly my business was not desired or I was simply ignored. As for the customer service in the auto service dept it was ok, however I received my electronic report that recommended 2 items that required immediate attention, neither were mentioned to me to see if I wanted to complete the service. The kind young lady (Princess) whom was not my advisor did check me out, seeing that my advisor was unavailable. No complimentary wash was offered, unless that has changed since my last visit. More
