Honestly. I would never tell anyone to come here. Maybe it was just my luck. The whole experience besides my Salesman and Simone in finance was horrible. Je'Von White and Simon were awesome to work with. it was just my luck. The whole experience besides my Salesman and Simone in finance was horrible. Je'Von White and Simon were awesome to work with. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. I saw this beautiful 2010 Nissan Titan online marked down $1,300. I came to look at it and it was a beautiful truck. Then we begin the process of purchasing the vehicle. First the Sales Manager Gary tried to ADD BACK the $1,300 that was just "reduced" on the online price. Saying "Oh its a service fee, see in the fine print it says does not reflect added fees like service, etc." We argue about how he just reduced the price online and he was bait and switching the price now. After a small disagreement he decided to "let us have the truck" at that price. Truck had 108,000 miles. So that means Nissan gives ZERO warranty and vehicle is As-Is. Seeing as the vehicle was coming from Sutherlin Nissan though, I figured it MUST be in good shape. It looks great and sounds great, I mean it passed their Used Vehicle Diagnostics, right?........ A mistake I will never make again. Ohhhh this is where I wish I would have waited and got a different vehicle. Not even 1,000 miles later and exactly 30 days since I purchased the truck. I get inside crank the truck and nothing.. crank it again, nothing. Ok. Call Sutherlin to tell them about the truck they offer me a free diagnostic (which is free when you do service with them anyways) if I got it towed an Hour and a half to their shop. I declined because the Tow was going to be more than the Diag fee. Fast forward, its been 6 weeks. My truck is still in a Highly Reviewed repair shop. They found the IPDM in my truck is not the one registered with my VIN....... Overall worst experience with a vehicle you could ever imagine. Basically. Never ever EVER buy a vehicle without a warranty ladies and gentlemen. And never put your trust into a dealership. Thats the lesson learned here. More
