Great Experience Spoke with Aaron and made an appointment prior to driving to dealership. He assigned Mackenzie to show me the new Frontier I was interested in. Overall car buying experience Eric (sales rep) was fantastic in assisting us with the purchase, carfax & maintenance paperwork, and vehicle prep. This guy was very proactive to help reduce the amount of time spent at the dealership. The general manger worked with us on a price that was both fair and acceptable to both of us. The finance rep, once we got to see him, was extremely efficient and quick with the final paperwork. After finding a vehicle online I was interested in, I went in to Sutherlin Nissan expecting the typical “how ya doing buddy” line, and “only out to get the sale and otherwise not care” experience, howeve went in to Sutherlin Nissan expecting the typical “how ya doing buddy” line, and “only out to get the sale and otherwise not care” experience, however right away I was made to feel actually welcomed and valued as a potential customer. With no high-pressure back-and-forth confusion with the numbers, I felt comfortable making a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, they were willing to accept my offer right away for the new vehicle, and gave me a fair amount for my trade, and to my surprise I ended up paying what I wanted, not more! All-in-all, I had a great experience with Sutherlin Nissan, and will return there when it is time for my next vehicle, I will also not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. More
