I searched all over Florida for this one particular car! I found it on the East coast 3 hours away in Vero Beach. I live in Cape Coral Florida in SWFL off of the Gulf of Mexico, so you KNOW I must have real I found it on the East coast 3 hours away in Vero Beach. Sharon in Sales was my first point of contact, and we talked as if we were long time friends! She immediately, told me that Teddy would be working with us and he was great and very nice. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Sharon, she was off the day I came in, but nonetheless had she not been as nice and understanding about the few challenges I faced wanting to get into my dream car...I would have never drove across the state! My sales person was Teddy, he was amazing! He immediately asked if I would like a water knowing I had just made the long drive. He allowed me to get settled in, and went to take a look at my trade in. He took his time to go over all of the numbers and payment options with me, he took his time and answered all of my questions. I felt no pressure! Teddy spoke with Gary the Manager about my trade in value and they were willing to give me a little more than first quoted just to help me get in the car without so much negative equity rolling over! How awesome was that?! Once I decided on a comfortable down payment and monthly car note, Javier in Finance was very quick and efficient about getting the paper work all together for me to sign. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or just like another sale for the dealership!. The treatment I received as a lady coming into a dealership alone, I must say, I was treated with the utmost respect, and I did not feel any pressure and everyone was very polite! After the paperwork was done Teddy took the time to go over the car with me, made sure I was completely satisfied about my purchase and answered all of my questions. He even filled the gas up, before I drove away on my 3 hour drive home. It was a very warm & friendly place, the drive was so worth it!
