The Service Department is aweful!Went in for an oil The Service Department is aweful! Went in for an oil change, and Jennifer the service writer was down right rude from the start!!! When I told her so The Service Department is aweful! Went in for an oil change, and Jennifer the service writer was down right rude from the start!!! When I told her some of the issues (like my headliner is sagging &weather stripping missing a piece.) I could barely finish a sentence before it getting shot down " We do not fix headliners" this car is under a bumper to bumper warranty! It is 2 years old & without looking at is stated it was not covered. Then she wanted me to buy things that were not needed. Time to go to another dealership. Called the Service Manager and he said & did nothing what a joke this dealership has become. More
