Maybe my review wasn't actually read, I bought the same Nissan Sentra from Vero US1 Nissan and not Sutherlin and I had nothing but great reviews. They had great customer service and I fealt very comfortable and trusting in their company. And while you are true in that some people you just can't please, but I would think it would be easy to please a customer with a slightly newer version of the car they already have. In fact I went from loving my original Nissan to never wanting to buy another solely based on my dealer experience. And you say for only 10 dollars extra a month I got a brand new vehicle but the reality is the car was less than a year newer than the old one and factory warranty comes on every new vehicle so I don't understand how that is your major selling point. The payment was 15 dollars more and you make it seem like a trivial amount but over the course of a lengthy loan we are looking at about 1300 dollars more. So if you actually read my original review you would see that my issues weren't just on the sale but the deception like saying you will pay off a vehicle when in fact you didn't, and other issues were with the horrible service department that took hours to fix 10 minute issues. In other words your response just proves how committed you are caring about your customers by blaming them rather than solving an issue.
