Great end result...a bit rocky on the way there I stopped in a few days ago in a fit over my current vehicle. I was not looking to purchase that day, but I was "testing the waters." Aaron set me up I stopped in a few days ago in a fit over my current vehicle. I was not looking to purchase that day, but I was "testing the waters." Aaron set me up with Bryan, and we had a verbal understanding of the ballpark I wanted to be in. My wife and I returned yesterday with a 10:30 appointment. We were in the dealership until 6:00. Bryan worked patiently with us, and he was great! Kudos to him for being so easy to work with. Before we went to finance, Gene got involved because the ballpark I wanted to be in apparently didn't include the extended warranty and maintenance package I was looking for. We spent the entire afternoon in finance with Simon. After being given an offer, my wife and I stood up to leave because I just wasn't comfortable, financially, with that offer. Enter Laz, and the numbers magically come down, and we reach a deal. My question is...why did it take us threatening to leave in order for the deal to get done?! I am very thankful to have worked with Bryan as the salesman, and I am thankful that Laz was able to step in and save the day. This should not have take 7.5 hours to get done. I am much happier with my experience at Sutherlin yesterday than I was with the prior owner on my wife's purchase three years ago. I will happily recommend Sutherlin, specifically Bryan Cade, to any friends looking for a new Nissan on the Treasure Coast. More
