Most Insulting car buying experience in my life I visited Sutherlin Nissan as it was taking over for Vero US1 Nissan. I am all too familiar with this dealership as it is so convenient to visit with I visited Sutherlin Nissan as it was taking over for Vero US1 Nissan. I am all too familiar with this dealership as it is so convenient to visit with it's proximity to where I work. Over the years I had purchased nine vehicles from this dealership for myself, my wife and my children. I was hoping this would be my 10th car. We negotiated on a left over vehicle but could not agree on my budgeted payment allowance. After numerous phone calls and even dealing with the new general manager, the new sales manager, Jonathan got involved. He explained that the price was too high on the particular car I picked out and that I needed a car in the $32,000 range. He advised me that he would locate it for me as they have a network of dealerships and would advise once he found it. A couple of weeks went by before I did my own research and found a dozen cars priced in that range on their websites but still no call. So frustrating! Needless to say, I have moved on from this dealership that obviously does not have time to follow up with what I thought was a vip customer. I will never use them again and no, I have still not received a call from anyone to come by and pick up my car. It's now been months!! I am a local businessman so I don't wish any business do poorly but who does that to a proven repeat customer? Thanks for nothing sutherlin! Way to make me feel like a valued customer! More
