We are always sorry to hear that one of our customers feels that they received anything less than first rate service. While only one tire need to be replaced, we replaced both front tires and did so with an A rated all season tire. We note that after several $1,000's of dollars in concessions off the KBB Fair Market Retail Value it is still sometimes difficult to exceed everybody's expectations. We do note that "everything" we agreed to do was put in writing and was signed by both parties and completed as agreed. We trust with time our customer will see the greater value of completing all that was agreed to and that the xxxxxxwill vastly outweigh any slight negative perceptions. - Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach.

We are always sad to hear a customer feels that we did anything less than what we agreed to do together and every effort is always made to equally resolve a customer complaint. Our customer was provided to Fusion tires, AA rated as agreed to and at the cost agreed and we paid for the labor. The customer perceived the tire to be inferior and wanted Goodyear tires which are actually rated AB, a lower tire rating as reported by consumerreports.org and tirerack.org. To satisfy the customer, we agreed to swap out the two new tires (now used) and replace them with two brand new Goodyear tires. The customer never replied or accepted our generous offer. We wish we could please every single customer all the time, but sometimes 99% is as good as it gets. - Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach.
