Great dealership I was just looking for an old used car for a spare vehicle. I saw a few on your website late at night and emailed I was interested. By the time I got into work the next morning, Aaron had already gotten back to me. I ran over on my lunch break and Aaron introduced me to Miguel. Miguel was awesome!! I typically can see through sales reps (I worked for an Acura dealership-so I know a bit about the industry). What I liked about Miguel is no high pressure, no bs, really listened and got a feel for what I was looking for and didn't try and push me in a direction I was not going to go. Nothing more frustrating.. He did however open my eyes up to some better value for spending just a bit more. Kudos to him! Miguel actually pointed out the vehicle I bought and I never would have looked at it because I thought it was way out of the budget I wanted to be in. Miguel took pics on his phone and texted them to me so I could forward on to my husband. He got me a car fax emailed to me before I even made it back to my office. This promptness is why I got my husband in there that night to look at the vehicle and buy it. I have a new Volvo but in a cpl of years when I am ready to get rid of it I will be back to buy from Miguel. The price haggling wasn't too bad, that part can be so painful. I ended up feeling like I got a good deal which is so important as a consumer!! You guys made more money than sending it off to auction so I think it was a win win all around. The closing paperwork went smooth and was by far the quickest I ever got through that process. Ron knows his stuff! My 6 year old daughter loved the snacks (Miguel kept her snacked up-thank goodness) and her highlight was spinning the wheel. The whole time she just wanted us to buy a car in order to spin the wheel (she got a little mp3 player and was so excited)..lol.. I do live local in Vero and have not been impressed with any of my local car dealerships until now! I will always refer and speak highly about your dealership! Thanks again! More

Amazing Experience I was doubtful that I would be able to finance a car with my credit even though I had a decent down payment. Not only did they help us get one car, th I was doubtful that I would be able to finance a car with my credit even though I had a decent down payment. Not only did they help us get one car, they helped us get two one year old cars in our budget with warranties! They are super nice and not pushy at all and they didn't brush us aside like other dealers we had visited. I am so thankful to not have to worry about breaking down randomly anymore. Bob even helped us set up the Bluetooth in the cars and showed us how to use it, since we've never used it before. More

All ended happy with final deal Purchased an used car at a great price. Negotiating final price and terms/conditions was an arduous process but ended with buyer/seller being happy. Aaron was sensitive to the fact that we were traveling a long distance for the purchase and was excellent in finalizing the deal via internet/phone prior to our arrival. The deal was exactly as Aaron described when we arrived and subsequently purchased. The dealership could be more responsive in returning phone calls and could pay more attention to detail in final clean-up of car. These areas of improvement could be attributed to Hurricane Matthew and bottom line is that I would gladly do business with Aaron and Sutherlin again. More
