Acted like a child the whole ride, leading himself to the front to ask consecutively "how do you like the car?" Before arriving at the dealership, I had called the Fort Pierce dealership which they gave me different pricing. When arriving David was furious that I was in contact with another dealer and said it would "effect his sale" and needed to see if I was in contact with anyone in his dealership as well. After looking at the Versa, I was not interested and told David so, he replied with "well with your budget , you don't have room to be picky, that you will have to settle with some aspects." David was very pushy and talked down to my sister and I as we were both young adults. After David finally letting me see another model, a Sentra , my sister and I checked it out and noticed it was a 2014, when I specifically was interested in a 2016 NEW car. When he saw me on the phone he asked who I was speaking too and replied "you shouldn't be calling other dealerships, while your dealing with us, this will effect my sale." David went to get the Sentra keys and we shortly followed him to get my own. After David speaking rudely and arrogantly, we decided we wanted to leave his bossiness and told him kindly we were not interested today and he replied "well let me get my manager because this is a waste of time and this confusion is unnecessary." The manager Mike came over with my keys and looked annoyed already, he asked "what are you looking for in a car, we can get you into something today." He looked frustrated already so I asked for the keys (which they held from me the whole time from the beginning when checking the vin and mileage of my vehicle.) Got my keys and purchased a car fro the nicest dealership I had ever walked into Sutherlin Nissan of FORT PIERCE! Highly do not recommend Sutherlin Nissan of VERO BEACH, rude staff, bossy dealers and was extremely frustrated with this whole experience. More

Bing.. Bang... Boom.... DONE !!! I decided to try Indian River County. I had 3 different dealerships call me. I told them exactly the same thing, where I wanted my payments to be and comfort of the vehicle was Number 1 in my mind. The first dealership I went to forgot most of what I had told him on the phone. Imagine my surprise when after test driving 2 vehicles on Highway 60 just off I-95. He comes back and states the price will be $325.00 a month ???? What ??? what happened to $189.00 that I told you??? Walked out of the dealership after they wasted my time of about 2 hours. Went to Sutherlin Nissan in Vero down the street from Highway 60. Sutherlin Nissan is located at 946 S. U. S. 1 Vero Beach, FL 32962 (the numbers are funky in that area they start high then go low then go high again so keep going to find them as it is VERY VERY Worth it !!! Was greeted by a gentleman standing outside who opened the door for us and was greeted by even more people. Stated that I had been on the internet and had an appt with Sharron who was busy (we were late, not her fault) due to the other dealership) so totally acceptable, was able to get with Mr. Heflin who was excellent. You know how you go into dealerships and the first thing they want to do is to pull your credit before they even give you time of day? Well this is NOT the CASE, Mr. Heflin showed us the vehicles that we thought we would like, based on price, value, comfort and of course our color of choice on a 2016 vehicle. He demonstrated the vehicle which was totally amazing to me as it was T H E F I R S T T I M E that anyone at any dealership had gone to any length (((that he took))) to demonstrate A N Y vehicle to myself or my husband. If you are reading this lengthy review, keep reading as I am sure you have experienced the worse else where...BUT NOT HERE. After demonstrating for over 25 minutes, (which I appreciate) we went for a test drive and went through different phases of driving etc. Mind you I am not the type to adjust stuff while driving at 45 to 50 miles an hour in a strange vehicle. He pointed out various items that might have taken me 2 weeks to figure out etc. Which was of great value. We went over incentives, what I could bring to the table literally as a down payment and what they could do for me to make the deal work in my payment target area that I felt comfortable with. Imagine no strong arming, no kicking you up to a higher level, no grinding at you etc. I felt that he was really trying to help me with my list of needs, desires, and of course wants. 100% on needs, 100% on desires, and 100% on wants. He even showed us where we can get service as needed. What I am saying is he took the time as if we were the only client he had that day and we were there for a very short period of time. Oil changes only every 5,000 miles Big Wow ! Great Gas Mileage starting at 26 and 35 on the highway and this a mid size SUV starting at I believe $29,000 but with incentives etc got it down to just a little above $22,000....N...I...C...E ! Payments are in my TARGET AREA....All my unexpected maintenance is covered for 36 months or $36,000 miles which ever comes first and they offer extras if you want a longer cover time etc. Just check them out and make sure you seek out ***Mr. Heflin.*** He Totally GETS YOU and what you need. I wish I had gone to this company 12 years ago before I went to the other ones......Do your homework and you will see that Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach with Mr. Heflin at your side as your Guide in manuevering through paperwork etc is fantastic. I might even add that Simon in the Finance department was fantastic, he explained our credit report and showed that some funky stuff that should not have been on there was and how to call and get it off. Of course it lowered my score a bit, but I did get all the perks and a great rate with very little down, so I am still happy. So from my end, check your scores before you go, if you have access to credit karma (its free) don't rely on it as itwill give you a false high, higher than the regular credit bureaus out there. Make sure you pull one from theBIG 3 so you won't be surprised like we were, again, we were fine as it was a small diff.
