New Car Buying This was a friendly group who worked as a well-oiled team to sell a car. My feeling is that I probably could have purchased this car for less money, but the team especially Miguel kept working on me to stay and figure out why I was hesitant. The best tactic was Aaron asking me questions when I arrived. He heard what I was saying and Miguel brought me a car that I loved. It fit me perfectly. Yes, it was a little about my price range, but the package was enticing. Sharon, Aaron's lead caller, was actually the person who called and got me into the dealership. She was lovely and sweet, she did not pressure me, but said, if you have an appointment, Aaron will be waiting for you, and you won't have to wait. She also said that she could help me if I wanted to come in on Sunday. She had something to do, but would make sure she was there when I needed or wanted to come in. That's going over and above. I wish I had kept my payment under 500, but I do love the car. Edgar finished the deal. He is personable and welcoming. It was 9:30 p.m. before I left the dealership and no one seemed bothered or concerned. All in all, like I said, the team was outstanding. I could have been "sharper," but I wasn't. More

Everyone from the sales rep. to the manager, to the finance guy, treated me with respect, compassion and concern. I felt like my experience was personal for them, I wasn't just another potential buyer. When I contacted Sutherlin, I was just shopping around trying to find the best Lease option for a new car. I was told by another dealer that I wasn't able to lease due to my credit score and that I was to far upside down on my current vehicle (that they sold me in 2012) to purchase a second car without a hefty down payment. Sharon McKnight and Aaron D'Amico did a great job of getting me to come in and talk with someone about my options. I live in Melbourne FL. and Vero is about an hour away, so I didn't want to drive there and waste their time, or mine. Sharon and Aaron assured me, without any guarantees, that it would be worth my while to give them an opportunity to talk with me and present possible purchase options. I am beyond glad that I listened to them! Although I wasn't able to trade my current vehicle, I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted, the 2017 Rogue SV! I wasn't able to get all of the options I originally wanted and I had hoped that the price could have been lowered a bit more to keep me closer to my desired payment, but I wont complain. Having this car is better than not have a car at all! So, I will be back in 2018, with a higher credit score to get the vehicle I truly want :) Thank you again to the staff that worked with me.
