Lousy communication and empty promises I bring my vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan of Vero only because my car is still covered under the warranty. However, every time I bring my vehicle to the service department there is a problem with communication. The last time I brought my vehicle in I told them what the problem was. They had it for three days and told me it was fixed I got it back that weekend and it still gave me the same problem on Sunday. I have scheduled service for today and I requested a loaner vehicle because I have a two-year-old. One cannot expect him to behave waiting around in the service department. I was assured that a loaner would be waiting for me when I arrived. I called on my way in to confirm that they would have a vehicle. I was told "sorry, no, we don't have any loaner vehicles available right now". So now I am left with my two-year-old to go back home and not get my car serviced because they apparently do not care about customer service and communication. I work for a living and Fridays are my only day off to get things like this done so I'm hoping they call me today to let me know they have a vehicle to loan me so I can bring mine in for service today. More

Ok it gets good, I went to the wrong Nissan ,it was inFt Pierce. I said hi I am here for my appointment and I want what I want and that's it. THey acted as if they were the people I had an appointment with. well after meeting with them and they would not give me my price I was angry because I said to myself ,they are all alike. I got back in my car to head home and my phone rang and Sharon said what happen? I said your guys would not give me my price.She said WHAT,where are you. I said Ft Pierce .she said NO YOU are supposed to be at Vero .OH NO I said. She said go there now,they are waiting. So I did I walked in and was greeted by Arron and Adam with a contract in Arron's hands for the price I wanted. THey were very nice! NO Hassle and I went home with the car that night. More
