You never know! I set out to buy a car with the latest safety features a few weeks ago. My criteria was safety and trade in allotment from my Jeep with only 20k miles on it. I never felt safe in my Jeep Patriot and wanted a bigger and safer car with all the safety bells and whistles. Teddy Heflin understood my criteria and cut a deal with me that made business sense. BTW Teddy was my third salesman of the day. Jeep offered me $8500 for a 2014 Jeep Patriot with 22k miles. Teddy and I negotiated $10000. Toyota did not take me seriously. 3 week later I love my new Nissan. I feel safe as my Murano's systems insulate me from blind spots. No help from this dealership after you buy the car! I thought the sales experience was alright but I did feel rushed to make the deal, in fact I was made to stay until 10:45 P.M. to complete the deal. I thought the sales experience was alright but I did feel rushed to make the deal, in fact I was made to stay until 10:45 P.M. to complete the deal. The very next day I noticed 3 issues with the car and called and left 2 messages and even texted the salesman, no call back. The following day I went down on a Sat. and talked to 2 salesman and service, which I was told there was nothing they can do at this time to call on Monday. So I called Monday 3 more times and got no result, now after spending 4 days I tried to call Nissan about the extra warranty I purchased and was told there is nothing on file. I now have to go to another dealer to try and get help to fix what should have been fixed 5 days ago. Also I still have not received a call back from the salesman who sold me the car or the other people I left messages with to at least try and fix this issue. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Once we contacted Aaron D'Amico at Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach, our frustration and disappointment came to an end! What a great experience!! He was so patient with all my questions and endless emails. I was skeptical of the numbers he promised after being let down by so many others, but he was straightforward and delivered on every promise made. No hidden figures added in after we agreed on a price -- a price far lower than any other dealer, by the way! Even after the sale, the customer service was exceptional!! Can't say enough good things about Aaron! Next time we are in the market for a Nissan, there will be NO shopping around; we will go straight to Aaron and Sutherlin Nissan Vero. More
