I needed to buy a Nissan Van. All I wanted to do was buy a New Nissan Van for the company I work for. I gave the specs to the dealership I had bought two from in the past, and I th All I wanted to do was buy a New Nissan Van for the company I work for. I gave the specs to the dealership I had bought two from in the past, and I thought buying another identical one would be easy. I wanted to see the paperwork before buying it to make sure everything was the same, and twice I was sent incomplete or incorrect paperwork and could not seem to get a straight answer. So I called up Sutherlin Nissan of Vero Beach, and I'm so glad I did. I asked for a commercial sales specialist and was put through to Frank Fernandez. Within a few minutes of talking to him, I knew I had found the right salesman to help our business, both now and in the future. He answered all my questions, listened to me, and a short time later I had the paperwork in my hand, all done over the phone and email, for a new Nissan Van. It was all correct and well presented. That's all I wanted from the first dealer. I gave it to the owner of the company, he looked it over and said go ahead and order it. Frank made everything easy, and he has now become our salesman for future purchases. More

5 Star Car Buying Experience I searched for a car on line and at dealerships near my home for 3 months and was getting quite frustrated. However, once I contacted Teddy Heflin at I searched for a car on line and at dealerships near my home for 3 months and was getting quite frustrated. However, once I contacted Teddy Heflin at Sutherlin Nissan my whole car buying experience changed. I told Teddy what I was looking for and within a very short period of time he found exactly what I wanted at a fair price with no hastle and with the "BEST" car buying experience I have ever had. Teddy not only found the car I wanted but he educated me on how to use all of its features and delivered it to my doorstep 2 hours away from the dealership following the sale. Teddy is amazing. I am so grateful that we found him. More

A Very Pleasant Car Buying Experience! Was absolutely amazed at the “attention to detail” our salesman provided! He even noticed what radio station that we were listening to in our trade-in Was absolutely amazed at the “attention to detail” our salesman provided! Absolutely everything the personnel at this dealership did was above and beyond the norm! Cold water, snacks were offered frequently. Financials were quickly done.
