Hometown Surprise I'm not a happy car buyer. Buying a car is usually, for me at least, one of the most unpleasant experiences possible. So, when I approached Sutherlin I'm not a happy car buyer. Buying a car is usually, for me at least, one of the most unpleasant experiences possible. So, when I approached Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach, I came with a big chip on my shoulder and ready to do battle. Then I met Teddy Heflin. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. There was no pressure, none of the old car dealer tricks, nothing that I expected to annoy me. Instead, I had one of the very best car buying experiences of my entire life and I'm 70 years old and have bought many cars, vans, and trucks -depending on our family's circumstances at the time. I'm still a bit stunned by it all. It was a pleasant and productive experience. Not only was I introduced to a great salesperson at what seems to be an outstanding dealership, but I also purchased a vehicle that is perfect for me at this time - a brand new Nissan Murano.
