He and Gary, the manager, had the challenge of my emotional attachment as well as my budget limitations. There was no high pressure or stress tactics. Best car buying experience... EVER!!! Aaron was awesome!! I told him what I wanted and what I didn't want and he made it happen. Excellent customer service My husband and I had a bad experience at another dealership a day prior to coming to Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach. Teddy , who was our sales guy in My husband and I had a bad experience at another dealership a day prior to coming to Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach. Teddy , who was our sales guy in Vero was such a pleasure to work with and did his best in helping us get what we were looking for. They drove 30 minutes south to pick up the car I wanted and waited for my husband and I to drive up to fill out all the paperwork. We didn't end up leaving the dealership until 10:30 at night and felt so bad but thankful they worked so hard for us. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and HIGHLY recommend working with Teddy Heflin. More

Just as promised great deal on new car We had the pleasure of working with Aaron thru emails regarding the purchase of a Nissan. I live out of the state and contacted many dealers trying to We had the pleasure of working with Aaron thru emails regarding the purchase of a Nissan. I live out of the state and contacted many dealers trying to help my mother find a new car in Florida. Aaron gave me upfront pricing and when my mother went to the dealer she had an awesome VIP experience with Teddy Heflin. They showed her exactly the cars I had requested and answered all her questions. Teddy went above and beyond and when she decided on an Altima SV - they found the color combination for her and got it into the dealership. Simon in finance was also nice , he tried to sell her some extra stuff (like all finance guys do ... ) but gave us the price they promised in the car and was very patient with both of us ! My mother and I felt the 3 people mentioned went above and beyond what we have experienced before and we would strongly recommend them If you are looking for a new or used car. I dealt with them over the phone and emails and they were prompt in solving any items we questioned. My mom felt very well taken care of by Teddy, Simon and Aaron and is looking forward to servicing her car there even though she lives 25 miles away and closer to another Nissan dealer ! Thank you Vero Beach Nissan!!! We recommend you give them a try! More
