Went for simple oil change I received a coupon in the mail for oil change...needed it soon...had a few hundred miles to go so I called and made apptmt for early...7:45 am. I got there 7:40...told the girl needed simple oil change & my left blinker bulb was out. 2 hours later...after numerous trips to her desk & numerous promises and apologizes, I FINALLY got out of there....was like a really bad dream. I didn't request anythg else but they told me my O ring was leaking...cost for part was $60 but with labor, it would be $360 plus tx. Ok...pass for now. Then they said cost of blinker bulb was $10 but with labor, would be $60....xxx. Then they gave me a bill for $214... For an oil change??? Ok..mistake. Took another 10-15 minutes to get a new bill! I asked for a manager after being so patient....no-sorry...he's very busy....NEVER AGAIN. More
The Teddy Effect Honestly - I thought I was only coming in to receive the $25 gift card for a test drive because I felt my credit wasn't good enough yet to get a car, Honestly - I thought I was only coming in to receive the $25 gift card for a test drive because I felt my credit wasn't good enough yet to get a car, especially not a new one. Teddy met me outside getting out of my 2006 Kia Optima all sweaty which needed the AC fixed. I affectionately called my car "Pearl" because she was pearl white. Teddy took me inside and gave me a cold bottle of water. We went for the test drive in a beautiful Silver 2018 Altima with all it's bells and whistles AND with ice cold AC. It rode like a dream. Teddy worked miracles because I drove off in that same car which I lovingly call Silver Streak!! I feel so blessed to have worked with Teddy!! He really believed in me getting my dream car and not a used car. Thank you Teddy..... More

I was hesitant to return to Sutherlin Nissan when I was ready to get back into a truck, but I gave them an opportunity and I’m sure glad I did.
