A good car, but will never go there again. Dealership tacked on lots of fees, didn't give the $200 internet promotional discount as promised, said they would charge $2,500 if not financed, an Dealership tacked on lots of fees, didn't give the $200 internet promotional discount as promised, said they would charge $2,500 if not financed, and high interest rate with financing in spite of good credit. Then trying to cancel the GAP and warranty insurance was a total fiasco. Finance representative there didn't cancel it properly even tho I drove the 2hours to do it in person which he told me I had to. Then waited the 7 to 8 weeks the Nissan Motor acceptance company said it would take. Since it was still not cancelled, I then jumped the hoops to cancel myself, then another long wait for it to process. It has been half a year and finally found closure. Would not recommend this dealership, and especially not trust the financing to do the right thing. More

Salesman promised me Homelink if I bought the car. He put me off for weeks and then quit. Ron a manager said he would take care of it. Never called me back and then he quit. BEWARE! !!! Had the misfortune of meeting the OWNER Joe Veltri today......I was back for the THIRD time to have the same issue repaired.......poor gas milea !!! Had the misfortune of meeting the OWNER Joe Veltri today......I was back for the THIRD time to have the same issue repaired.......poor gas mileage.......Joe Veltri is an arrogant, pompous, insecure little man who only knows how to lie......if he were any better he could run for Mayor! Upon not being able to repair the issue which he is not capable of understanding he told me the reason I have poor gas mileage is because I have an older car......and Nissans being such a fine product get worse mechanically as thee age..... the car is a 2018........I asked him why, if this is the case did he charge me to "FIX" the problem twice already........he told me I should consider a new vehicle.....YES....another Nissan which will continue to disappoint you as you own it.......his service tech Zoe had already told me NOT to buy a new Nissan Rogue (same model as I currently own) because they are a xxx and service disaster.....one has to wonder if the OWNER of SUTHERLIN NISSAN IS HONEST.......why was not my car not fixed properly? Their inventory is low.....I receive solicitation from them monthly to buy the car back.......is this some form of poor service/new car deal bait and switch? DO NOT SHOP HERE, SERVICE HERE OR GO HERE! More
