I found the whole dealership sketchy. Eugene told us the original payment would be between 700-800 dollars a month with 5k down. Me and my mom explained to him the max I can do is 600 a m Eugene told us the original payment would be between 700-800 dollars a month with 5k down. Me and my mom explained to him the max I can do is 600 a month and 1.5k down or I wouldn’t get the car since I had a 2020 Vera with no issues and a car payment of 395 with 32 months left to go. He then said that he could do the 600 a month car payment with my max put down of 1,500 and that everything was approved with out the mention of tax exclusion. Then before we got pulled back to the financing office my credit karma informed me there was a hard pull on my credit so my mom then asked again if my 600 dollar a month car payment was approved with the 1.5k down and he said yes while other sales men and finance people said congrats on the new car. Eugene and another salesman then helped me set up the my Nissan app for the Nissan Altima I got. With all this I assumed I already had the car since it was my first ever car I was buying. Once I got in there the finance person told me that after taxes ( was never told the taxes where taken out and my mom has never bought a car where the taxes where not included) and warrantees it would be 705 for 75 months but I could put another 4.5k down to cover my taxes to get back to my 600 a month payment. So I told him I didn’t have that 4.5k and confusingly said ok to the payments since they made it seem like I already got the car. Then once I sign all the paper work which took forever since the financing guy kept making phone calls to people that had nothing to do with me buying the car. I got the keys and Eugene said that I would have to come back to the dealership to get help setting up the Bluetooth and a free gift and that you guys would call me to schedule a day since my schedule is so busy. Then After 5 days of waiting I just felt like that was yet another lie y’all told me. Only after writing a bad review did I get help from Michelle who helped me a lot and was the only one giving me a positive experience. She explained that no one told her she needed to call me and gave me several gifts to make up for all the trouble. I do really love my car and it is everything I needed I just felt the dealership as a whole could have been more honest. More
Fairly easy purchasing process. No high pressure salesmen. They did try to add on a $3000 package of options that I didn't need. Once noticed, they removed the package. Not a bi No high pressure salesmen. They did try to add on a $3000 package of options that I didn't need. Once noticed, they removed the package. Not a big deal, all dealerships do this. There was only one finance rep working the day I went, so I did have to wait longer than expected to finalize the deal. More

I can only say two good things. The staff was very nice, and we got the car we wanted at a relatively fair price. It was, however, $10,000 higher than the advertised price. There The staff was very nice, and we got the car we wanted at a relatively fair price. It was, however, $10,000 higher than the advertised price. There was a lengthy list of "add-ons" over and above the usual "tax, title and dealer fees" which included a NON-FINANCING FEE of $2500. I'm not sure that's even legal, but we got it written off because we financed, even though we went into the dealership wanting to pay cash in full. It would have cost us $2500 extra to do that. The add-on's also included $3500 for "Sutherlin Platinum Premier" protective paint coatings and other things that used to be an "up-sell" offer but are now standard and are not included in the advertised price. Final important warning. When you go in, ask how many "financial guys" are there. Yesterday, there was only one and we waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS to see him, after making the decision to purchase the car. If you go in and they tell you there is only one financial guy, my advice is to say "thank you, we'll be back another time". More
