The owner is rude and doesn't care about your business. Once you buy the car he expects you will be having it serviced constantly. He complained I didn't bring enough revenue in service on my 2021 Rogue. Once you buy the car he expects you will be having it serviced constantly. He complained I didn't bring enough revenue in service on my 2021 Rogue. This person "George" is not a professional businessman. They must be racking the profits, on the people whom don't know any better. Service was complete incompetent and nobody, but sales people answer the phone. Nobody wants to work for such a greedy unprofessional who treats customers like dirt. STAY WAY, very disorganized outfit. More
As many others have said, they slip in extra fees. The advertised cost is not what you will pay. Reminds me of a sleazy dealership from the 60's. The advertised cost is not what you will pay. Reminds me of a sleazy dealership from the 60's. More

BE AWARE!!!!I bought a used car from them on dec 15 and BE AWARE!!!! I bought a used car from them on dec 15 and I still asking when they are going to send me my permanent tag and official registry ( wit BE AWARE!!!! I bought a used car from them on dec 15 and I still asking when they are going to send me my permanent tag and official registry ( with no answer). At first they blamed it on covid and delays at the DMV, then they blamed it on someone who does the paperwork getting sick and not being able to do anything!!!! pure excuses but no one except the receptionist and the sales guy answer, the rest of the people don't answer or return my calls. You think that buying a used car at a dealership because of the brand they represent is serious, but they are not. At DMV car shows a Lien on!!! I've been victim of commercial malpractice and may soon have to resort to legal action. More
Went in to Purchase Advertised 2006 Toyota Solara. Price was $8795.00 Loved the Salesman. It had 103,000 miles. The 1st day the door panels were being sent out to have the arm rests recovered. The seats wer was $8795.00 Loved the Salesman. It had 103,000 miles. The 1st day the door panels were being sent out to have the arm rests recovered. The seats were in decent condition. Just at the point of needing to be taken well care of not to crack all apart. The dash was trashed! Cracked everywhere even down the sides. Had chunks missing. Floor mats were starting to come apart! So here comes the real price! $13,500 out the door if you fiance it with no trade. $1500 charge for reconditioning. That should be in the price already! $799 Dealer prep fee! That should be in the price already! $1000 off for not paying cash! $1000 off for a trade in. $4300 More than the advertised price (@50%) Just To Get You In The Door!! REALLY I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THAT IS SO DECEIVING! JUST PUT $3000 DOWN AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE..........FOR 5 YEARS. YOU CAN PRAY A 15YR OLD CAR LASTS ANOTHER 5 YEARS WITHOUT ANY MAJOR BREAK DOWNS WHILE YOUR STILL PAYING FOR A 20 YR OLD CAR. I seriously wanted to by the car. Made them an offer and the manager came over and said that it wasn't going to work out. I questioned the reconditioning fee and what they did. Didn't get an awnser. I would have paid @ $10,000 at the very most. He just let me leave. Greed! They probably paid $4000 / $5000 on Trade in. Good Luck To The New Buyers! More
If you have ANY type of disability I HIGHLY suggest not coming here to do any business of any sorts. I left a voicemail and a gentleman by the name of Ron called me back and left a terrible message about m coming here to do any business of any sorts. I left a voicemail and a gentleman by the name of Ron called me back and left a terrible message about my speech and how he had to listen to the message 7 times to even understand me and completely humiliated me. We will never do business with this company even though we are in the market to purchase a new Nissan and get maintenance on our current one. More
Very unpleasant experience. I called and spoke Crosby Crosby, negotiate a price. After all this, I was informed the vehicle had over 600 miles. Instead of being upfront and notify me they were intact sel Crosby, negotiate a price. After all this, I was informed the vehicle had over 600 miles. Instead of being upfront and notify me they were intact selling a "demo" vehicle. At the end of the day, I was told by the manager to take it or leave it. To make a story short, save the trouble, drive north to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa. Had a great experience, gave me a cheaper deal with a vehicle with 10 miles. More
Went in for an oil change on my Nissan. It took over 2 hours. I waited outside in their smoking area - no outside sitting place for non-smokers. They called me after an hour to let me know the work was hours. I waited outside in their smoking area - no outside sitting place for non-smokers. They called me after an hour to let me know the work was complete and made their pitch on more work. I declined as I had other appointments to get to. It then took another hour to wash my car before I was finally out of there. The two service writers did have masks. I sat an watched nearly 100% of their staff walk in & out of that dealership without a mask. I find that terribly selfish and disrespectful and illustrated they aren't interested in protecting their customers. Won't be back! More
Had an amazing experience with the staff when purchasing my Nissan, but what makes this dealership a 1/5 stars for me is the service department. More specifically, Chris at the service department. I dread g my Nissan, but what makes this dealership a 1/5 stars for me is the service department. More specifically, Chris at the service department. I dread going in to get my car kept up with because without fail he is there, and without fail he’ll ruin your day from his negative tone and just flat out rude attitude. Better customer service training needs to be enforced here !!! More
HORRIBLE experience!!! 3 people in our family lease 3 cars there and they called us halfway through our lease and said they wanted to buy us out of our current leases because they need more used cars on cars there and they called us halfway through our lease and said they wanted to buy us out of our current leases because they need more used cars on the lot. We explained our budget and didn’t want to put any money down over the phone and they told us to come in. We came in last Saturday and they quoted a price for a 2020 Red Rogue. The sales guy, Tom Deveney, took the first payment prior to meeting with the finance department which we thought was odd. Then he came over and said that the Red Rogue is only available in the next model and he couldn’t honor that price and it would be $50 more per month. We told him that we weren’t interested and wanted a refund on the card. He said the cashier went home at 12:45 PM on Saturday and we will not get our refund until Monday. She never got her refund on Monday and he called her on Tuesday with another offer. She told him that she wasn’t interested and she wanted her refund. He told her that she must come to the dealership and present her card to him for the refund. My mom told him she was sick and couldn’t make it down there and she would be in touch. She has since left a total of 4 voicemails asking them to credit her card if she gave the number over the phone and they still haven’t called her back. The last time she called she heard laughing in the background and they sent her straight to voicemail. We have given that place plenty of business over the years as well as referred others and we will no longer do this. As far as we are concerned they have lost our business and we now hate to get our cars serviced there in the meantime for the remainder of the leases. What a shame! More
