Had already sold old vehicle so we were left in a bind. General manager said he would “make it right”. Said he found someone to take the loan but they were having computer issues. Gave me a Zip drive that was supposed to have all the details on it. Didn’t find out until another week went by that the loan was at 23% interest. I had a fit because no one had ever told me that was the deal. Again the general manager said he would fix it. Said if I bought a newer car he could make it work. Supposed to sign paperwork today. Told yesterday everything was all set. Received a call this morning the loan won’t go through. They have shopped the loan out so much my credit rating has nose dived. The real reason it wouldn’t go through is the collateral was less than what they were asking. They kept telling me it was because of poor credit. They have lied so much. Now I’m stuck with a 13 year old car that I have to pay more than double for. And what makes it worse is it has multiple issues. More

I grew up in garages, around cars, & have family that work in car sales. I was confident/prepared. They saw a young woman & 100% tried to take advantage of that. I have never been so disrespected or spoken to with such disregard in my life. I was misled about the vehicle, I was deceived & flat out lied to. We dropped the car off to have ceramic coating applied. Before dropping off, I swiped my finger along the dirty wheel as a safe check to make sure the cleaning/coating was done. We were not notified when the car was ready & called after 5 hours to make sure we could pick up. We were in a hurry & they knew that. After I got home I looked at the wheel & saw my finger swipe was still there. This got me looking deeper into the “new” car. It only had 180ish miles on it. Long story short, the GM John Klarides was condescending & arrogant. When I started to question some of the things I noticed he kept interrupting me. Saying I had “buyers remorse” & that its not his fault. Um no, I had dealership remorse. Back & forth & not getting anywhere with his horrible attitude, he said fine then. Let’s just undo the whole thing and you can take your old car back. He got up walked away & pulled my car around. I began packing my belongings from the car I had purchased & driven for the last 2 days while holding back tears. I asked for paperwork showing sale had been canceled & again, attitude, “what do you mean?” I said I want documentation that this is over & I want our cash deposit back. I’m not proud of it but my husband ended up saying something not so nice while walking out after John shouted “have a great day!!!” with his arrogant careless tone. I turned around to say I apologize, that was inappropriate & at that point John again interrupted me & said “call the police” to his staff & told me I was banned from coming back & had 30 seconds to leave Really? Because I called you out on your shady business dealings? We went right down the road to Ford & bought a brand new car off the showroom floor & were treated with respect. Don’t listen to the google reviews. They are not real. Read dealerrater.com & it will confirm 100% of what I said. To Nissan of Venice, don’t even bother responding. More

I was looking to purchase a Pathfinder, and the internet sales person Ariel Ely refused to give me any price information without going into the dealership. She told me that I was closer to another Nissan an sales person Ariel Ely refused to give me any price information without going into the dealership. She told me that I was closer to another Nissan and I was just using them to barter with another dealership. Greenway Nissan is only 6 minutes further away than the other dealership. I had visited the closer dealership to test drive but they didn't have the color I wanted. If Ariel provided customer service and gave me the out the door price I asked her for I would travel the extra 6 minutes, I would have driven an extra 3 hours if they had the car I wanted. The funny thing is on their website they say you can do everything online and don't need to come in. In addition, she was rude. I wish I had read all these reviews before I even reached out to them. Don't expect them to give you any price without going into the dealership. More

Tried calling the general manager but Jonathan Klein did not return my calls, not even the day after I purchased the car. They truly are a corrupt dealership. Stay away. More
