Overall Great Experience I took my Murano in for a regular oil change. After speaking with Luciano, decided to perform a few other maintenance requirements. After a few hour I took my Murano in for a regular oil change. After speaking with Luciano, decided to perform a few other maintenance requirements. After a few hours, received a call stating there were other damaged parts and an oil leak. Luciano immediately informed me what the cost would be and what was covered in my extended warranty. Needless to say, the upfront communication was extremely appreciated in what ended up being a seamless service experience. I will certainly return and deal directly with Luciano for all future needs. They stood up to the challenge and their word. They took my car in and fixed everything the other dealership didn't or couldn't. As a result, I came back for routine maintenance. They got my car in and out in a few hours, were professional and polite. Luciano is great and if you have a chance, use him as your service advisor. More

I didn't believe him, but he proved me wrong I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. Gabriel Gonzalez told me, they could take my car, and even if they were busy, it wouldn't be too I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. I did get some work done, but I didn't spend the hours I had thought. Imagine my surprise, in reasonable time, my car was ready. I couldn't believe it! Great experience Luciano booked me for an early am Saturday service, but Gabriel was nice enough to let me leave the car fri nite.
