If it comes to warranted work on your vehicle well They will give you the run around. Tell you that you need to go to the dealership you bought it from. Tell you that you have problems you don't have t They will give you the run around. Tell you that you need to go to the dealership you bought it from. Tell you that you have problems you don't have that need repairing. Won't warrant something that is under 9000 miles , where the Nissan Dealership I purchased from did. They speak down to you and try to intimidate you in the Service Managers office when you say you'll call 1800Nissan1 with your problems with them. These guys are horrible. If you need an oil change or anything service wise, just go next door to Infiniti , they treat you well and listen to you when you have an issue rather than stare at you not listening. More

I live and work on the west side of LA where there are no longer any Nissan/Infiniti dealerships to service my automobile. Using a shuttle or arranging a ride is incredibly difficult due to traffic on the I-405, but in each of the 3 visits to Nissan of Van Nuys I was able to obtain a loaner car so that I could drop the car off at noon on one day and subsequently pick it up at noon on another day. Plus, having the loaner was extremely useful since in 2 of those 3 visits the work took more than a day and I would have been without transportation if it weren't for the loaner car. More
