Saved my bacon My not even 3 year old car needed a new engine and catalytic converter. The engine was under warranty. However, the converter wasn't. Best repair experience Went to the Nissan of Van Nuys for my wives Sentra. Not only are they attentive when you arrive but they make sure they attend you great. Michael the service director is a total gentleman and makes sure if someone isn't helping you, he himself will help you. Jose also did a great job in following up with us as soon as the car is ready. Our repairs were supposed to be pretty cost heavy but they make sure to do they're research, and we found Nissan warranty covers. Also when they were not there all the other service employees are checking in with you. If my service engine light on our Nissan turns back on again, I feel safe knowing I will feel satisfied with heir work. More
