Good work, took a little longer than expected They did the needed service. The only thing wrong was that it took about 25% longer than the estimate. They seem to be consistent about this. In fact, *all* the car dealers I've worked with underestimate how long a job will take, so I'm not sure I should even downrate them over that. I brought in a fob that had stopped working after going through the washing machine. They tried putting in a new (tiny) battery, but that didn't work.So they sold me a new fob and synched up all four fobs (I'd brought the other three) with the car. They came pretty close to their time estimate on that one, the advisor said it would be ready at 11, and it came out at 11:05. More

He oversaw the process to make sure I was out of the dealership in the short time I had available. The service was impeccable and I was done in 40 minutes...with a car wash and a multipoint inspection. Gerard provided me with the necessary information regarding an air filter replacement.
