I am coming over from Universal City Nissan to have my car serviced. I had many awful experiences there so I came here with very low exceptions. As much as I don't like to wait for 2+hours for a simple oi car serviced. I had many awful experiences there so I came here with very low exceptions. As much as I don't like to wait for 2+hours for a simple oil change, the lounge here made the wait not as bad. The communication is great and I love the tracker system. I also appreciated the car wash. Universal stopped doing that after covid and it was a bummer. It was a MUCH better experience here and I will return. More
