This has to be the worst, ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP/ SERVICE DEPT IN THE WORLD! Let me start with never buy a Nissan. With that said my wife was on her way on San Francisco when the transmission blew on SERVICE DEPT IN THE WORLD! Let me start with never buy a Nissan. With that said my wife was on her way on San Francisco when the transmission blew on a 2007 Nissan Sentra w/ approx 123k miles on it. Long story short, after having a shop diagnose the issue, I retrieved the vehicle and contacted Nissan about the problem, I was informed that the car's drive train had a 120k mile or 10 year warranty. I was unaware of this and if I did i would have taken the car in at 119,999 miles with that said. I had it towed to this God awful dealership/ service dept. I was told by the service dept to have the car towed and a Bill Parks will sign for it and take care of it. Well this started on Friday by Monday I had heard nothing. So my wife calls the service dept, they said they never received the car.... I contacted the tow company and they provided me with all the necessary paperwork show a "Bill" signing for it. At this point I was getting nowhere with the service dept, so I decided to take time out of my work day and drive over there to sort this out. At this point i get directed to speak with Bill Parks. Bill Parks tells me he never signed for anything and never received the car. I walked the lot and sure enough its sitting right there. Well its a good thing I cleaned the car out because it was unlocked and nobody from Nissan had any paperwork or that it was there. Now the fun part was tracking down the Key's to the vehicle. It took me looking at there wall of keys to find it. During my whole time interacting with Bill Parks he was down right rude, inconsiderate, acting as if he didn't want to do his job, he was unhelpful and left me with very dissatisfied to the point I didn't want him to do my repair. After this whole debacle at the service dept, 2 days later my wife gets a call letting us know that Nissan will not warranty the transmission. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS AWFUL DEALERSHIP OR A NISSAN IN GENERAL, THEY ARE CRAP CARS AND A LOUSY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I'D RATHER PUSH ANY CAR THAN A NISSAN. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More

I had a fantastic overall experience buying a car from Nissan of Van Nuys. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Upon entering the lot my b Nissan of Van Nuys. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Upon entering the lot my boyfriend and I were promptly greeted by Jonathan, who listened to what I was looking for and showed us several options, and answered our questions along the way. After a nice test drive we also met with Shan and talked about more specifics. We were back and forth a few times but they never pushed us with a hard sell, always helped us feel comfortable, and were very friendly and reasonable during the negotiation process. It wasn't a completely smooth process; there were a few minor hiccups along the way and perhaps it was a communication gap on either side, but I sincerely give them straight 5's because ultimately people are human and we all make mistakes, big and small. There were no major issues regardless, and more importantly, and what I think people should be judged on, is how they went about making things work. I want to give a nod to another associate, Michael, who was also helpful to us at one point during the process, and especially to the GM, Jeremy, who I feel truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent customer experience. The best thing I can say is that I am happy with my purchase and with the process, and I can say sincerely that if a friend were looking to purchase a vehicle, I would not just give Nissan of Van Nuys a positive review, but also go out of my way to recommend them. Thank you to Jonathan, Shan, Michael, Jeremy, and Silva, and everyone else who was involved at any point along the way, for making this a great experience! More
If you want a Nissan, you can only buy from Gary and Sia. Forget other dealers and salespeople! If you want to be taken care of, go to these people. We were upside down on a trade and Gary took care of me where the damage of being upside down didnt feel that bad. He took care of us, earned our business and we will forever be loyal to Sia and Gary of Keyes Nissan. More

EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE!...I was greeted by Gary Guemiksizian the sales manager in a friendly manner, told him what I was there to see, he introduced us to BUYING EXPERIENCE!...I was greeted by Gary Guemiksizian the sales manager in a friendly manner, told him what I was there to see, he introduced us to Peter Benarbashian who took over from there. Peter was very helpful, knowledgeable, very kind, he explained every detail about the car, when he finished I was left without any questions and, he went out of his way to help me get the car I picked,not only that but he did follow up to ask if I was pleased with my new car or had any questions.This was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced.Gary and Peter should be given bonuses for their tremendous positive,helpful attitude and good work (the best sales team) I will highly recommend them. Bill and Eric were life savers for my car. They found the problem and i was so impressed with the service AND PRICE I WAS SHOCKED. WHEN i got in my car and drove away it drove like a charm. I must say that i was completely satisfied and impressed.They have most defiantly earned my return business and should be given bonuses or paid top dollar salary's for there tremendous positive and helpful attitudes and, good work. I was greeted on the lot immediately by Nelson in a friendly manner. I told him what I was there to see he located the vehicle for me. Although the car was being purchased by someone else. I test drove that car and didn't like it and again he was very professional. He found another car for me to test drive. although the sticker price was out of my range he assured me that he could work out something with his sales manager. Shan was wonderful as well he worked out the numbers and came up with a price I could work with. he gave me a better deal than the credit union was offering me. Angela was so helpful with the financing part she made sure we had everything we needed GAP insurance, Certified Wrap. She explained everything throughly. More
