Although this was only the second time i had had Cesar as a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once th a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once the part had been received, and Mike recognized me as well. There was some confusion as to whether the generic part I had chosen (over OEM) would be suitable, and Mike kept me informed of the process AND made some excellent suggestions for alternatives if the part ended up not being OK.
