They stood up to the challenge and their word. They took my car in and fixed everything the other dealership didn't or couldn't. As a result, I came back for routine maintenance. They got my car in and out in a few hours, were professional and polite. Luciano is great and if you have a chance, use him as your service advisor. More

I didn't believe him, but he proved me wrong I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. Gabriel Gonzalez told me, they could take my car, and even if they were busy, it wouldn't be too I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. I knew this to not be true but I needed my oil changed and I was prepared to spend several hours at Nissan. I even brought my computer to do some work. I did get some work done, but I didn't spend the hours I had thought. Imagine my surprise, in reasonable time, my car was ready. I couldn't believe it! Gabriel Gonzalez was a nice and professional person to work for. I recommend asking for him every time you come to Nissan, Van Nuys for service. I know I will. More

Great experience Luciano booked me for an early am Saturday service, but Gabriel was nice enough to let me leave the car fri nite.
