Great Car, Poor Sales Manager The car is excellent, but we are very unhappy about the way we were treated by one of the sales managers. He didn't explain clearly about how much ex The car is excellent, but we are very unhappy about the way we were treated by one of the sales managers. He didn't explain clearly about how much exactly it's gonna cost, and we felt like we overpaid too much. When I called him inquiring about the cost after the purchase, he said "I explained everything to you and you signed the paper". We felt like we had been mislead and deceived by him. I'm sure that he would justify himself if he read this e-mail. That would be fine. We are not expecting anything from him, but we cannot change the way we feel. Again, we are very happy with this vehicle, but we will NEVER to go back to Nissan of Van Nuys for our son and daughter's new cars, and we will NEVER recommend this branch to anyone. Again, it is unfortunate that we feel this way. We just wanted to mention this in case someone is reading this e-mail. Thank you. More
