Horrible customer service I went in on Monday night right before closing time to check out a 2015 370 Nismo with over 300 miles. I mentioned to your sales person that I really I went in on Monday night right before closing time to check out a 2015 370 Nismo with over 300 miles. I mentioned to your sales person that I really just wanted to see what kind of deal we can make but he persisted in a test drive or he would get into trouble. After 5 minutes of him nagging that I needed to drive the vehicle before discussing figures I finally decided to take it around the block. Finally, we go inside to speak numbers and I mentioned I would be paying cash and just wanted to see what the absolute lowest I could take that car considering cash payment. He finally comes back with another gentleman to tell me that they can cut a deal for 51k. I first asked him if the vehicle was a "New" vehicle considering it was a 15 not a 16 and already had over 300 miles. He's response in a sarcastic way, "if it would of been used the car would of been at our used car lot". I then told him I was not willing to pay 51k for that car. He asked how much and I told him I had 40k cash. He then stood up and told me to have a good night. What a xxxxen xxxxxxx, my wife was surprised at my composure as we walked out. I guess it was time to close up and leave. The next day I bought the car from somewhere else over the phone. I live and work on the west side of LA where there are no longer any Nissan/Infiniti dealerships to service my automobile. Using a shuttle or arranging a ride is incredibly difficult due to traffic on the I-405, but in each of the 3 visits to Nissan of Van Nuys I was able to obtain a loaner car so that I could drop the car off at noon on one day and subsequently pick it up at noon on another day. Plus, having the loaner was extremely useful since in 2 of those 3 visits the work took more than a day and I would have been without transportation if it weren't for the loaner car. More

He was extremely nice and helpful, and made sure I knew what was going on, as well as what was and wasn't covered under my warranty. I will definitely be back time and again! More

I was offered a loaner car for the week that it took to install the transmission, which was a great benefit. The customer service representative that I dealt with on both occasions was Luciano Carbone. He was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I like that in any company, but especially when dealing with your car, which can be a great expense. More

We have been looking around for SUVs because the family is growing and were 7 months pregnant with our last and only son. We ended up leaving with a Lease. Our situation wasn't the best and with my wife starting her credit and with me coming out of my hospital expenses Marie Alipio and team still worked with us and trusted us on a brand new lease. Unlike other dealerships, they made us feel very important which made our decision very easy to work with them. I have no other way of extending my gratitude to Marie and the Nissan of Van Nuys team for treating us very well and more importantly allowing me and my family the opportunity to drive out with a brand new Nissan Rogue.
