Thanks Blanca! I've been coming here for an oil change for about a year now. It's always full, but they do have a van that takes you home or where ever within 10mile I've been coming here for an oil change for about a year now. It's always full, but they do have a van that takes you home or where ever within 10miles radius (that's a long way!) I'm always very happy and satisfy leaving here. They have my vehicle ready at the promise time and are always making sure I leave knowing if something is wrong with my car. Going The extra mile I had been to four previous dealers before walking in the door at Van Nuys Nissan. I had a particular car, color, and style in mind when I had walked I had been to four previous dealers before walking in the door at Van Nuys Nissan. I had a particular car, color, and style in mind when I had walked in the door at all four of them as well as an idea of the price that I was willing to pay. At each dealer prior to coming to Van Nuys Nissan, I was met by a group of "sales people" who had my "best interest in mind" only to find out that they were trying to sell me something that I wasn't interested in purchasing. That all changed when I met Vahan at Van Nuys Nissan. The very first thing he asked me was whether or not I had any particular car in mind to which I replied yes he then asked me if there was any trim style color or options that I was interested in again I told him yes and lastly he asked me about the price range I was willing to pay. Now I knew I was at the right place. After an hour or so of negotiating it struck a deal and I drove away in my brand-new 2017 Nissan Ultima SR in blue. It was late and his son Mike stayed afterwords to get the car cleaned up fueled up and ready for presentation and what a fantastic job he did. Though it was late at night I never felt rushed or compelled to hurry through the process, I think I was in a bigger hurry to get home then the rest of them. My experience was top-notch, your folks are A-1 and we will certainly return to Van Nuys Nissan for our future needs. More
