In fact, *all* the car dealers I've worked with underestimate how long a job will take, so I'm not sure I should even downrate them over that. I brought in a fob that had stopped working after going through the washing machine. They tried putting in a new (tiny) battery, but that didn't work.So they sold me a new fob and synched up all four fobs (I'd brought the other three) with the car. They came pretty close to their time estimate on that one, the advisor said it would be ready at 11, and it came out at 11:05. More
