The reason I took 2 stars away is 1. I had to get my technician, Gabriella to go back twice to make sure they fixed the leak that they caused from the last time the changed my oil, and p I had to get my technician, Gabriella to go back twice to make sure they fixed the leak that they caused from the last time the changed my oil, and put a bent seal on. 2. After leaving my car for 3 days & paid for repairs, I expected it to be washed/ vacuumed. Gabriella is and always has taken good care of me. She really cares about her customers & is one of the reasons I continue to return to Nissan for repairs & eventually a new vehicle when I'm ready. More
