I got it back Wednesday and it drove up the Grapevine with ease. They also did a full test and replace the drive belt. They even paid for my transportation back to the UCLA medical area were staying after I dropped off the Van on Friday. Truly felt the professionalism, workmanship and human connection were 5 star. The reason I took 2 stars away is 1. After leaving my car for 3 days & paid for repairs, I expected it to be washed/ vacuumed. Gabriella is and always has taken good care of me. She really cares about her customers & is one of the reasons I continue to return to Nissan for repairs & eventually a new vehicle when I'm ready. More
