They are unprofessional and uneducated when it comes to cars and their standard features. During the test drive the salesman pushed a button that locked my rearview camera to one view. It's stuck on the worst one. He was trying to sell me on features of the car that come standard. As if I was getting upgrades. Then the finance guy sold me a rediculous loan. One no one in their right mind would accept with knowledge of how car loans work. Unfortunately I am someone who doesn't know about them. I have educated myself greatly since then. I will never recommend that dealership to anyone. My car loans in the past have been acceptable and professionally handled. They made a killing off of me and I'm xxxxed with a rediculous payment. Fortunately I found a lawyer that is willing to be paid after my case is settled and is taking monthly payments. Unfortunately there are people out there who don't care about others welfare. More

People were very nice, but disorganized. They need a much more efficient management system for their service center. I had an unusual electrical system problem with my car. They kept the car for three days -- fortunately, they were able to give me a loner car, although initially they weren't sure that they could -- which made planning hard. But, although we called to check on the car regularly, I don't think they really even looked at the car until the third day. If they did not have time to look at the car, why did they give me the appointment? I know that electrical problems are hard to diagnose, but like any problem, you need to examine the car in order to diagnose the problem. I am hoping that they fixed the problem. Very nice people who try to do a good job, but need better organization and management. More
