I first dropped by the learn more about the Versa, since I was looking for a basic car with a manual transmission and cruise control. Oscar listened to my wishes and came back with the answer that my wishes were possible, but the cruise control would be after-market, not factory-installed. As I got more serious, the Sentra S had what I wanted from the factory, and Grant Lion answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. Rather than pressuring me on the sale, Grant chatted about new car technologies and basically did all the things Dale Carnegie wrote about a long time ago. I ended up buying my car from the dealership that had been taking care of my 1994 Sentra since they offered an unbeatable loyalty-based price, but the excellence of the experience at Nissan of Vacaville was such that I wanted to share my experiences with others looking for a different kind of dealership. Pleasantly surprised This was my first experience in the market for a brand new vehicle and the years prior I've always assumed getting a used car would be easier and I ne This was my first experience in the market for a brand new vehicle and the years prior I've always assumed getting a used car would be easier and I never imagined the process being this easy for lack of a better word of explaining but my salesman Randy helped me from square one to the Finish everything he promised and said he would do for me he definitely made good on in my heart I went in there hoping for the best and he stood with me the entire way making me feel welcomed making me feel like my business was appreciated and also making me feel as though whether or not I've had financial difficulties in the past currently I felt like I was still valued as somebody whether or not I'd had difficulties with past purchases I still felt as though they wanted to work with me and give me a shot and see to it that I had a reliable vehicle and a great experience with their dealership the management is also extremely supportive and everybody was happy for me when the process was complete did not take too much time and I can honestly say I'm very pleased with my purchase and would love to go back would recommend this to anybody in the market for a new vehicle and five stars it's definitely worth the experience as far as my rating goes I would give them 10 stars or more stars if I could More
