First, Edgar made sure that it was a win-win experience for both us; I received the best deal and his dealership earned my loyalty (bring in my cars for maintenance and advertise him to my network of friends). Second, Edgar went above & beyond. He accommodated my schedule so we can move forward as efficiently as possible and still connected with me after the deal to ensure things going smoothly. Third, I have at least 5 car-buying experience and the previous sales people were just after my pocket and not interested in building a rapport. Edgar was different as he provided a first-rate experience. As for my experience with the Nissan of Vacaville facility, I was impressed with the cleanliness of their lobby, wash room, vending machine and coffee area.
