He was able to reach out to me fairly quickly to set up an appointment to view the car! He also gave me a call before the appointment to remind me of time & a safe drive due to the weather! The experience meeting with Edgar in person was also very friendly & efficient. I had time to consider my available options, including contacting my personal loan agent to see what they would cover & to get an accurate cost/month for finance. Why? First, Edgar made sure that it was a win-win experience for both us; I received the best deal and his dealership earned my loyalty (bring in my cars for maintenance and advertise him to my network of friends). Second, Edgar went above & beyond. He accommodated my schedule so we can move forward as efficiently as possible and still connected with me after the deal to ensure things going smoothly. Third, I have at least 5 car-buying experience and the previous sales people were just after my pocket and not interested in building a rapport. Edgar was different as he provided a first-rate experience.
