They always wanted to charge me for items that were within warranty. Last time I dropped by the service manager did not provide accurate info regarding pricing options. They quoted me $500 more than their sister dealer in a different city. Madness!!! Another annoying fact this service center never has time to schedule you in; it's always booked for at least 1 week. However, when you stop by w/o notice they have room and accept you. Their ridiculous shuttle service is useless. Their loaner program, is nonexistent. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I beleive in giving credit where and when it's due. I had problems with the Volvo I purchased here, and was vocal about my dissatisfaction. To his credit, Bob White, when informed of this contacted me i had problems with the Volvo I purchased here, and was vocal about my dissatisfaction. To his credit, Bob White, when informed of this contacted me in a timly fashion, and offered a trade for a comparable vehicle. THIS is customer service, and I writing this to show my appreciation. I am more than happy to alter this review in an even more positive direction, should the vehicle trade go smoothly. It is an excellent sign that I will be allowed to have whatever car independantly inspected by a mechanic of my choice. Thank you, Bob White for showing me you understand good business. This was such a positive car buying experience. Quick, efficient and I never felt any pressure from the sales or financing staff. I set a financial cap on my payment and it was met. I got an incredible deal on a Mazda 6....I love this car! The dealership is great too--their friendly and extremely helpful, without the pushiness that you normally see when walking into a dealer. Visited this dealer in search of a Nissan Xterra. Had some questionable marks on my credit history but the dealer went to work for me and got me all squared away when other dealers couldnt. We previously purchased a Versa from this same dealership and were treated well at the initial sale as well as for subsequent service. When it came time to look for another vehicle we were comfortable retur and were treated well at the initial sale as well as for subsequent service. Very good experience. I was in the market to purchase a car and Michael Demas wanted to sell me a car. That is what negotiation is all about. We were able to reach an agreement, and I drove out with a new car and Michael Demas wanted to sell me a car. That is what negotiation is all about. We were able to reach an agreement, and I drove out with a new vehicle in approximately two and one half hours after entering the dealership. Mr Demas is a credit to the dealership, and was a pleasure to work with. He has made a number of follow-up calls to make sure that everthing is still OK. More
When I came into the dealership it was to get information about the cost of leasing a new vehicle and saving money. Little did I know I would be leaving that day with a new vehicle.
