Would recommend Joe Claiborne to anyone Joe Claiborne made buying the car a joy instead of a chore. He was very pleasant to work with, he did everything he could to help me out and simplify Joe Claiborne made buying the car a joy instead of a chore. He was very pleasant to work with, he did everything he could to help me out and simplify the experience.He gave me as much information regarding my purchase as he had available to him. He helped me obtain the vehicle I wanted within my budget without using pressure tactics. Joe took the stress out of the entire event. He was very honest and upfront. I would never hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle. He treated me with respect and didn't try hard sale tactics. He is a down to earth guy that made me feel very comfortable. There was never a doubt he was trust worthy. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other gentlemen I believe he was the service manager I can't remember his name but he got involved and tried to use pressure tactics to get me to purchase a warranty. The service guy was so rude because I couldn't afford the warranty that he actually bordered on harassment. More
