Hello, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a positive experience. We thank you for being a loyal customer; however, the coupon did specify that it is only for Nissan models. Making an exception for one customer means we would have to make that same exception for other customers as well, we hope you understand that our intentions are never to make you feel as if we are bait and switching. In regard to the brakes, the recommendation was made by our technician therefor it is the Advisors job to make the recommendation. If the Technician stated that your rear brakes were at 2mm that is what your Advisor has to advise as he is not the one completing the inspection. Driving a vehicle with 2mm brake pads is not safe, as they may not provide sufficient stopping power and driving on worn brakes can also cause damage to other components such as rotors or calipers which can result in a much more expensive repair.
