I have been a customer with Nissan for years with my Nissan rogue and my Infiniti QX 60. I always got oil changes there. I received a text asking me if I wanted to take advantage of the $49 synthetic oi Nissan rogue and my Infiniti QX 60. I always got oil changes there. I received a text asking me if I wanted to take advantage of the $49 synthetic oil change so I made an appointment. When I got there, I was told because I have an infinity I have to pay more which has never happened before. I told him that the Infiniti is the SAME oil change as a Nissan Pathfinder, which he was surprised that I understood that but still wouldn't budge. Then he told me that I needed my back brakes replaced and that they were at 2 mm. I just had my boyfriend change them, and as you can see, they didn't even need to be changed and are much more than 2 mm. He made it seem like I shouldn't even leave your facility because they were so bad. This was the worst experience I've had at Nissan. I don't appreciate being misled and I don't appreciate the bait and switch on the oil change. Please see the picture of the brake pad that came off my rear brakes this morning. I came to pick up my car and it still would not start. This required me to take 2 additional Lyft rides tk and from work and cost me $125- the frustrating part is I explained that I already changed the br This required me to take 2 additional Lyft rides tk and from work and cost me $125- the frustrating part is I explained that I already changed the brake switch but it was replaced anyways and I was charged $140 for it and when I came back and it didn't start they said it was actually the relay but I was still charged for a switch that didn't need repair- when I came back I had to pay an additional $40- when asked if a manager was available I was told he was only one in property. Very poor customer service after a failed attempt to fix issue. More
