He over-sees all of the service departments work and the quality of the departments work is superior. Having dealt w/ John since I have leased 2 vehicles from Nissan of Thousand Oaks, I would not go anywhere else from an oil change to a major service repair. For the past 30 months of my service history w/ the dealership,the quality of their work is tops in their field. Other car dealers service departments could take lessons from the people at Nissan of Thousand Oaks. Johns friendliness goes without question as he is always available either by phone (always returning all my calls) or in person. My overall experience with your dealership from your sales and leasing group to John in Service, gets an A+. I would and always do recommend your dealership highly and in particular John Mirth in Service. As far as pricing goes, I always use the dealership for their quality of service and for their pricing. In todays economy, Nissan of Thousand Oaks has stepped up to the plate by watching their prices as they are very competitive to all of the Mom & Pop shops around town., People should take note, the day of the dealer which was once considered overpriced and charging full retail on parts and labor, has come full circle. Our answer "under 5-mph and with our travel trailer". Julie said bring the rig down and we will find it, they found the problem the same day.
