Despite receiving comparable offers on the vehicle of my choice, I chose to go with Nissan of Thousand Oaks. This was because of Paul Reyes, the dealer's Internet Sales Manager, who absolutely impressed me choice, I chose to go with Nissan of Thousand Oaks. I appreciate the fact that Paul took the time to respond to my every question through a very lengthy communication process. There was no monkeying around, just straight forward numbers with no fluff. In addition to being genuine and upfront with all the financial information, he had a team of sales associates (working behind the scenes) on getting me the car configuration I requested (they had to deliver the car from another dealer just to accommodate my needs). When I arrived at the dealership, all I had to do was sign the purchase agreement, and make final decision on extended coverage (pre-negotiated as well). I also truly enjoyed interaction and appreciated the patience of their personable Finance Manager, Mark. Overall a good experience and a good deal on all aspects of the purchase of a brand new Maxima. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. More

Almost bought a car from this place but I walked and it was one of the best decisions of my life. They'll try to take advantage of you because they assume you're stupid, unable to catch them in a lie, was one of the best decisions of my life. Their salesmen, GM and F & I guy will tell you lie after lie to try to force you to complete a credit application - even if you have your own financing. Obtaining an unauthorized credit report is plain old illegal. Review section 616 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If they try this crap with you, sue them and get a rebate courtesy of your local small claims court. When you're about to complete the sale, they'll suddenly remember all the expensive service you have to pay for in order for you to be eligible for your warranty. Then they won't have all the warranty details and will claim they can't find them online, can't get them because the sales department is closed, etc. Meanwhile, they're trying to pressure you through signing your money away. Car dealers have a reputation for a reason. More
