I supposedly did everything online. Was told it was a go for me to trade in my car and I have the emails to prove it. I got there. Was ignored by the managers for two hours just to come back with a deal th for me to trade in my car and I have the emails to prove it. I got there. The manager didn’t even have enough respect for me to come out his office when he did for the two other customers who were buying cars. Be careful. Trust lightly. And get everything in writing. They state the code isn't reading but the code read at Autozone and we gave them the paperwork. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. More

Like so many, after signing papers, etc. and promising to deliver a car - that xxxx car never came! At 5:00 pm on a Friday when, once again, the car was to be delivered in the morning - they reneged on the deal - denied I signed any papers! You see, we first bought a Maxima with 1,200 miles on it - found out it had been hit and there was no warranty on it by Nissan! They denied knowing that which I don't believe because they would have had to have seen the replaced battery - going to help us with another car - yeah right! If there was a 0 rating I would give them -0! After driving 3 hours each way - losing pay for the day - driving home at night - and believing 3 different times our car was being delivered - they are full of whatever! The GM is a horrible manager! Extremely unprofessional in his manners, profession and attire. GLAD WE DIDN'T END UP DEALING WITH THEM BECAUSE WITHIN HOURS OF THAT PHONE CALL WE HAD OUR BRAND NEW CAR AT AN AMAZING DEAL FROM A PROFESSIONAL DEALER IN NC!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE! What a shame to represent Nissan like that! More

I've encountered the most exhausting,stressful,emotional,and time consuming car purchasing experience before in my life time.This was definitey a w I've encountered the most exhausting,stressful,emotional,and time consuming car purchasing experience before in my life time.This was definitey a waste of time.My husband and I went into the dealership on the 13th of Feb to purchase a car.We were approved and made a down payment of 500.00.We were given the keys after signing the contract along with all of the paper work.The next day we brought proof of address and cash for a check we had written for the down payment.From what we were told we had our new car.On the 20th of Feb someone called me from the dealership yelling at me stated" Bring our car back"They did this to me twice.The second time my sales person said that everything was straightened out with the proof of income.And they were waiting on me to pick my car back up.After returning it to them on the 21st of Feb.So I picked it back up on the 22 of Feb.He reassured me that everything was good to go.And to go ahead and add my insurance.So I left the dealership with my car.Feb 24,18 I got another call from them after purchasing item's for and gasing up this vehicle."Hello" "Ms.McDow" "You need to bring our car back" "What do you mean?" "Bring our car back?"I thought everything was straightneed out"."No things aren't straightned out"I was in shock and very upset at this point.My neighbors and I had fallen in love with this car.They put me through this a second time.This is so wrong and embarrassing.A business should be more professional.We signed a contract.They caused me to add insurance to a vehicle that I no longer have.And they refuse to send my insurance company what they need to put in a request for my money to be returned to me.My money is all tied up in this car.I'm also waiting for my deposit.I'm stressed about this whole situation.And all the Manager said is that the sales man was confused.He made a mistake.No apology.Is this how you treat your customers? Best prices anywhere I looked! I was looking at used Nissan Rogues. I got a new Rogue for less than used Rogues elsewhere! I worked with Shelly, then with a couple of other people a I was looking at used Nissan Rogues. I got a new Rogue for less than used Rogues elsewhere!
