It was a very easy transition. They located the exact car that I wanted. Talk to another Nissan dealer that claims it was not within 500 miles but the car was within South Carolina They located the exact car that I wanted. Have been texting (they do not use email) with 3 managers for 2 weeks, received 3 different quotes for the same car. Additionally tried to charge 525 dollars for docs, at their website it says "525 included for 2 weeks, received 3 different quotes for the same car. Additionally tried to charge 525 dollars for docs, at their website it says "525 included in price". Finally when I accepted the proposal and ask them for the bill of sales, Internet Director sent me text that the car is sold! When phoned them in 30 mins using other phone, the sales person confirmed that the car was still available. Never met such "sales people" in my life. 2 weeks lost, time, effort etc. Avoid this "dealer". More

The WORST service experience I have ever received. I took my 2013 Armada in for an oil change and walked out $334 later with brake flushes and a bunch of other nonsense charge. Ofcourse they said that it was my 2013 Armada in for an oil change and walked out $334 later with brake flushes and a bunch of other nonsense charge. Ofcourse they said that it was all covered with me before I brought my vehicle in and during the 2 hour servicing of my vehicle. It was all quickly discussed with me during a fast paced ipad introduction of what they were going to do with my vehicle. It was obviously never discussed in detail as to how much $ it would all cost. Who could possibly imaging that you would go in for a $70 oil change and end up walking away with a $334 charge. Furthermore, I noticed they conveniently made sure that I was the only one if the service counter area when they presented me with the bill. They blamed this on computer issues, etc. Looking back, I now believe that they Knew I was going to be irate that my bill was as high as it was and they didn't want others to hear my complaints. After telling them how outraged I was at how high the bill was, I paid my bill and explained to them that I will never do business of any sort with them ever again. This was an absolute shakedown and I'm ashamed that I fell for it. Hopefully I can spare someone from the similar pain that I experienced at Sumter Nissan. More
The worst experience EVER! I took my car to get a water pump on because I was told it had a leak and running hot. Dealership agreed that was the issue after having the car a week call me to get it right b pump on because I was told it had a leak and running hot. Dealership agreed that was the issue after having the car a week call me to get it right before they close at 5:20 to pick up the car. I get there pay (almost $700) and not even 5 minutes down the road the car is running hot STILL! So it's obvious no one yet drove the car to make sure the problem was fixed. I return the car they say they'll call me in the morning. After "checking" the car again they now say the head gasket is blown/out (which after speaking with another mechanic should have been checked originally as of they would have seen this was the issue I would have not just basically given them $700). Then recommended a new engine for 3k (rolls eyes). Scammed me outta $600/700. I've always loved Nissans (had a sentra, altima, maxima) I would NEVER deal with sumters dealership EVER. Be careful dealing with them. (I would give 0 stars but they made me select something). More
I had an appointment to get my tires rotated change the oil and filter and it was advertised for $49.95. But after I went to pay I was charged a total of $148.23...they advertise $49.95. To rip people off oil and filter and it was advertised for $49.95. But after I went to pay I was charged a total of $148.23...they advertise $49.95. To rip people off especially a 77 year-old woman whowon't argue over it. I got the tires rotated and I got the oil change with an Engine air filter, that was advertised price $49.95. I was charged $100 more than advertised. I have decided the next time I need a oil change I will take it somewhere else that was the most terrible experience I've ever had getting my Nissan 2013 oil change . So unless you are ready to fight and argue you might have price confirmed beforehand. Ripped off a 77 year old women who won't argue. They ran the special and they know what the advertised price was. They don't need to be charging people who are elderly $148.23 for an advertised special at $49.95. I will take my car elsewhere for an oil change is an oil change at least I can at least have a decent person to deal with. The two women behind the counter ran their mouth the whole hour and a half I was in there. My daughter called up and complained but it did no good. SO before you go be sure and pay upfront because there's no telling what they rip you off with. They have HAD my last business. More
I supposedly did everything online. Was told it was a go for me to trade in my car and I have the emails to prove it. I got there. Was ignored by the managers for two hours just to come back with a deal th for me to trade in my car and I have the emails to prove it. I got there. Was ignored by the managers for two hours just to come back with a deal that was not what we agreed on before we got there. The manager didn’t even have enough respect for me to come out his office when he did for the two other customers who were buying cars. Be careful. Trust lightly. And get everything in writing. Or just avoid it altogether. More
