The poor employees had no idea what their day was going to be, an easy sunday maybe, just a regular day. Well surprise for them when i walked in the door! I go in, stubborn, exhausted and totally unprepare to be, an easy sunday maybe, just a regular day. Well surprise for them when i walked in the door! I go in, stubborn, exhausted and totally unprepared for the amount of time i had just unknowingly signed up for. This was a Sunday mind you so not much support from outside financial institutions. I walk in with a pretty strong idea of what i was looking for and what i was willing to accept. By the end of the visit and enough test drives to memorize the route i have a new car! 😀 7 hours later... my dealer was absolutely phenomenal 🙌 she was fun, relatable, informative and so patient with me. She helped me get all the information i asked for and even though the experience took far longer than it probably should, she made it fun. I have never been to a dealership where the dealer tried so hard to make it all work. She truly truly cares about her work and the people sitting in the chair across from her. ELLA is amazing! Also like to thank Nick and Justin for being their and helping out. What was beginning to seem like a failed mission turned into a total success...eventually. this is definitely a dealership i would go to again. Ella, you rock!!!! More
