I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 from this dealership . Upon getting it home I discovered the jack kit behind the rear seat is missing. Someone physically removed it. This is a safety issue and I don’t understand why this was not caught when they went over this truck. Do not buy from this dealership! More

We had interactions with the sales contact assigned through cars.com, before we made the hour and half trip to make sure the vehicle was still available to buy and test drive. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes while they searched, with no success, but the dealership said someone would be in contact and bring the vehicle to us on Monday. Never heard from a single person.
