Mitch was awesome! We loved the truck we test drove, sat down to get the numbers for our trade and negotiate the price of the truck we test drove. Finance manager came back with numbers and we wanted a little more for our trade. We told Mitch and the finance manager we wanted to think about it over night. Mitch came out to the parking lot as we were leaving and gave us a number we were good with and we told him we still wanted to think about it and we would get in touch with him in the morning. My husband sent Mitch a text the next morning and asked if those numbers were still good they agreed upon and he said yes the finance manager said it’s a go. My husband told them we were pre approved through our credit union and to send the paper work over, gave them all all the info they needed to submit them. The finance manager called my husband and said it was a no go if we did not finance through them the deal was off. How do you agree the night before and that morning and then say it’s a NO GO because we did not finance through them. He never once mentioned the agreement was conditional it only became conditional after we had both agreed and then he found out I was pre approved elsewhere, so if you are preapproved with a low interest rate don’t shop there because they will only take your business if you finance thru them with a higher interest rate. You dont agree on something then go back on your word once you find out the cards are not in your favor. It’s ok next day I made a deal at another dealership basically same exact truck same exact price and same exact terms with no problems. More

I can not recommend Nissan of Streetsboro enough. I flew from Spokane, WA to Ohio for the car I purchased from them and the salesman, Ish, was phenomenal. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a truck! Had to talk to 3 salesman’s to finally make a deal on a truck. Ran my credit 7 times just to credit jump my payment. Tried to make me pay an insane a Had to talk to 3 salesman’s to finally make a deal on a truck. Ran my credit 7 times just to credit jump my payment. Tried to make me pay an insane amount interest & made them check again to magically get a rate half of that. No one knows any info on the vehicles they have. Then to top it off they sold the truck out from under me that I just made a agreement with the manger to pick up the next day. If they could have 0 stars that would be my recommendation. More

5 stars for Ish. We had an awesome experience working with Ish at the dealership. He was on the ball with all our questions and getting us the deal we needed. How We had an awesome experience working with Ish at the dealership. He was on the ball with all our questions and getting us the deal we needed. However the Finance representative was another story. He did not want to work with us on a decent interest rate with a very good credit score. Seems like when we declined the warranties he changed everything. When we advised that we would be refinancing because we can get a better rate 3.25% lower than he could, he changed the bank he originally told us that did not charge fees to a bank that will and gave a bogus reason why he had to do this. More
