At first the experience here was great, but I am quickly resending that review as now it has been nothing but a nightmare. I was told that the finance department would order me my plates, nothing more to th resending that review as now it has been nothing but a nightmare. I was told that the finance department would order me my plates, nothing more to the conversation about me having to go get an echeck done before hand or anything. I come to pick up said license plates and they never ordered them. The salesmen I spoke was very it is what it is about it. I also have had a check engine light on since purchasing the vehicle, was promised a part would be ordered and it would be fixed, that has still not occurred over a month later. I have tried to be understanding about the situations and several problems have occurred. I was even told the car was fully detailed and unless the person that details the car is blind the door jams are black and have dirt all caked inside. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again and will go service my truck elsewhere with people who care and would like to help. More
I received the recall inspection for my vehicle on 29th June. The sales member had the wrong schedule booking for me, but the service advisor Mr. Romero (Alex) made the best correspondence in a short time, June. The sales member had the wrong schedule booking for me, but the service advisor Mr. Romero (Alex) made the best correspondence in a short time, and I received great service there. I would recommend him when you will have the chance to take the vehicle care service. You should be satisfied with his professional attitude and kind support. More
Very bad experience. Had many issues and lies from the sales representative (Ish) and the dealership. Unfortunately, I signed a 3-year lease with this dealership. I have Had many issues and lies from the sales representative (Ish) and the dealership. Unfortunately, I signed a 3-year lease with this dealership. I have opened a claim with Nissan based on my poor experience and never received a call/follow-up from the dealership. Recently, I contacted Nissan's finance and they informed me that the dealership never closed out the account from my previous lease that I turned in to purchase my new vehicle (this was over 3 months ago). I have been trying to text the sales representative I worked with as well as contact the Finance Department at the dealership for weeks and nobody has returned my call. I had a great experience with this dealership from my previous lease but, most recently this has been the worst experience I've had with any dealer. I highly recommend you stay away! More

Top-notch dealership! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. Everyone was extremely kind and helped to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. Everyone was extremely kind and helped to make sure we were taken care of. More
They never returned calls or assisted after learning I wanted to participate in the Zero down program. The customer service here is lacking to say the least. They also are not a big enough dealership, nor wanted to participate in the Zero down program. The customer service here is lacking to say the least. They also are not a big enough dealership, nor do they have the banks to pull off this program, its 100% a scam. More

FINANCIALLY AND LEGALLY COMPROMISED if you're a soldier about to go TDY hold off on your purchase. My salesman Joseph, worked with me to get the truck of my dreams. With his manager Wade, they w soldier about to go TDY hold off on your purchase. My salesman Joseph, worked with me to get the truck of my dreams. With his manager Wade, they worked with my very unique situation and though settling for another vehicle would have been easy for them they worked diligently and selflessly to get me into what made me happy. Thanks to the whole team at Nissan of Streetsboro. update: I am a soldier in the US Army. during the sales process, I advised them I would be leaving the state for a few months TDY. I took my shiny new truck. the titling department reached out after I arrived at my duty assignment. I need to return to Ohio to get an E-check completed. I advised Chris I could not go more than 250 miles. I'm 600+ away. I asked him for a solution. he said he would refund me. I said that was not a solution for me as the requirement to return would remain. he said that's the only option. so it was up to me to find a solution. no worries. I applied for an e-check extension as I was on orders and out of state. I advised Chris all we had to do was wait to get that and he could do his job. Chris however did not want to do his job. he refunded the money anyway. I have tried to talk to someone at the dealership for help. as I'm now stuck with expired temp tags and registration. however, the manager guarded. if you ask for a manager you get finance. if you call back you get customer service. you will never talk to anyone. I am now far from home and financially and legally compromised without the ability to fix it without driving home and sacrificing a 17-year career. no, I'm not being dramatic. a negative 1059 will do that. do not let them fool you into thinking they are military-friendly. do not let them fool you that they are there to help you at all. after the sale regardless of circumstance they will not help. if you find a solution. they will not help. if you tell them you have to go out of state, they won't advise you during the process, you will need an e-check so you can choose during the buying process to maybe hold off. Not everyone has a situation like mine. and for some a good sales experience is well enough and they did that. However, following through with titling is important, and continued customer service through that process is important as well. That is where they fail. That is where they left me financially, and legally compromised. More
